What a fantastic time I had at the 2018 Women's Retreats.  I absolutely LOVED sharing this message and these kinds of ideas with so many precious ladies.  What a treat it was to be a part of all three weeks up at Camp Au Sable.  Plus, the women's ministry leaders took such good care of me while I was there that I wanted to share a small thank you with the ladies on the Women's Ministry Board.  Here is what they received...

This. Turned into this. Which turned into this.  A box of crayons and a coloring book for a child and a GLOW pack with a crayon and mini coloring sheet for the parent or adult.  What a fun way to color the world with God's love!

Find as many reasons as you can to say THANK YOU!  :)

Any day is a good day to share God's love with someone.  :)

Satan is bound and determined to divide and conquer families.  God wants to unify our families in love.  We must build strong families and encourage others to do so as well.

When sadness strikes  our nation by way of natural disaster, shooting, or other horrific event, we should take the opportunity to share the hope that we have in Jesus!  Through it all, we can trust Jesus and His Word! People need hope.  Let's give it to them!

Happy Memorial Day! As a little thank you to the men and women who serve and our country, we handed some of these out at the Memorial Day parade and ceremony.  Just a small token for the large sacrifice they make.

It's not often that I'm at one of our churches when there is a guest speaker so today I took advantage of that!  :)  Yesterday I made a loaf of artisan bread as a thank you for sharing the Bread of Life with our congregation.

We had a church wide birthday party social today.  The tables were decorated by months and there were fun games to play.  Of course there was cake and ice cream (and vegan cinnamon rolls!), but my favorite part was the Birthday Thank Offering. Ellen White talks about teaching children to give back thank offerings to God for the mercies we have received throughout the year.  We as grown-ups should practice this as well.  At our party we had an offering collection container and let everyone know that we were collecting a freewill offering that was meant to be a 'thank you' to the Lord for the many blessings He has given to us.  Towards the end of the party, we discussed where we wanted to donate our money.  I can't say quite yet because it hasn't made it to the recipients yet, but it's someone near and dear to the heart of our church.  Just a few people really and we'll make a big difference for Jesus!

This was the new Christmas GLOW pack that the kids and I made up.  We had some leftover mints and finally came up with this idea!  What fun we had assembling these while we listened to our favorite Christmas story -- The Last Stop Cafe. We handed these out to all sorts of people, but we also shared them with our church families so that they could share them with those they know.
