Chaeli and I had a girls day so on our various shop stops we took turns handing these to people who helped us or checked us out. Loved the happy responses...even the confused responses!

Dillon wanted to make cinnamon rolls on Friday for a special Sabbath breakfast and we ended up with two pans full!!  That sounds so yummy to eat, but we figured it would be fun to share some as well. Quickly Friday night we came up with these cards and these gifts were quite a hit!! 

Trying something new this holiday season!! Because we'll be gone on a mission trip during half of December, I put together a Thanksgiving Gratitude Calendar.  I've been so excited about this from moment of it's conception!!  :)  It is   There are 22 numbered activity cards and there is a list of 36 fall and gratitude activities, plus random acts of kindness.  The activity cards go up on the wall with an activity written on the back.  When November 1 arrives, the kids excitedly pluck it off the wall and read the activity for the day.  The countdown to Thanksgiving begins.   I also supplied the buyers with lots of printables and gift tag cards. What fun to join the ladies of District 12 for their Women's Day!  More churches need to get together for bonding, growing, learning, and sharing. After the church service and fellowship lunch there 4 different seminars to choice from and I was one of them. Mine was all about outreach. Whether you need outreach for youth groups, schools, personal ministries, or just for your family ands friends, I share all sorts of ideas that anyone can use to serve others and share the love of Jesus. A house warming gift with soup, a Christmas gift with a pan or pot, a women's ministry gift, a health class or supper club give away. So many options for this cute little dish cloth. And don't forget to add a health or glow tract!

Kids love bubbles!! Fill the baggies with the bubble card, a primary treasure tract (or other kid tract), and a small container of bubbles.  These would be perfect for halloween, passing out at the park or library, or also for handing out if you had a float in a parade!

Just a little random act of kindness for the people in some of the businesses in our city.  The reactions were great.  Some didn't get it.  And some were so pleasantly surprised.  One lady just went on and on about how what we were doing and how it had inspired her to go home and do a random act of kindness.

From Day 1 we had been collecting change to donate to Adventist Frontier Missions.  The kids had decorated their own jars and then on Thursday they each brought in what they had collected and we all dumped our money into two larger containers for the AFM people to take.   We just found out that we collected over $211!  :)     This last day the kids also put together little glow packs so that their church could help in passing these out.  They are for thanking community workers for serving so faithfully!

We tied health cards and health tracts around bananas and walked all over town handing them out!  :) The best story is from a man who told us that just that morning his wife was yelling at him to take a banana with him and he told her he just didn't have time. He said she would be pretty tickled that his banana showed up at work for him!
